Who Does What!

The National Team

Like all Circlers the team of ladies that run the association, collective called the National Exec, are all volunteers and have day jobs, family committments etc but they'll always aim to get back to you as quickly as they can.

President

Our President is the figurehead of our association and she spends her year meeting as many of our members as possible and joining in with local and Area events as much as she can. She'd love to hear from you but she has a team of ladies tasked to run the association under her leadership, so one of them may be better placed to help you.  

Vice-President

Responsible for the folllowing key areas: Fundraising, Community Involvement, International Relations, Round Table 4 Club Family Relations.

Immediate Past President

Responsible for the National Conference & AGM weekend, Regional Events and Godmother to new circles...and making the tea!

Secretary

Responsible for the following key area: Rules, Circle Guidelines, National Council Meetings, National AGM, closed circles (including old regalia enquiries).

Treasurer

It's all about the money, money, money. So it's no surprise that she is responsible for Capitation, regalia, NALC insurance (public liability, regalia, circle assets).

Media & PR

Responsible for our bi-annual Magazine the 'Circler', monthly membership efalshes, website, social media platforms i.e. Facebook and Twitter, queries/help needed on any kind of media opportunities, advertising and assisting Circles at a local level with promotions. 

Membership

Responsible for New member enquiries, new circle enquiries as well as offering  membership support. She also provides local Circles with promotional materials. 

Executive Admin

Administration for National Executive Team, she's a total star on hand to help with minute taking, room bookings and anything else the team need support with.
