New Documentary Series for the BBC - call for participants
Hi Ladies... please see TV opportunity if you are interested. YIF, Ladies Circle xxx
I am working at a television company called The Garden Productions, and we have a reputation for high quality factual programming making documentaries like 24 hours in A&E, Inside Claridge's and The Midwives. More information about our company can be found here www.thegardenproductions.tv
We are producing a new documentary series for BBC1 which will look at how people in Britain spend their money on a day to day basis and the huge range in people's attitudes towards their finances.
We are looking at people across the spending spectrum and I'm really keen to contact families who might be interested in taking part. Maybe they've started a new business and are battling against their outgoings for their family? We'd like to know how families maintain their standard of living in the face of rising prices? How do they prioritise what they're going to spend their money on? What makes them feel good?
The style of the programme will be open and honest, and while we know there can be very Britishreserve in talking about our finances, we'd like to look at them in a non-judgemental way. I wondered if you could help spread the word for us please, among your members, or suggest anyone who may be interested in having their say on the matter? I have attached a flyer for you to circulate.
We would love to talk to as many people as possible who would be willing to share their story, and please note, all phone chats are informal and there is no obligation to take part in any filming at this stage.
Please feel free to give me a call if you need anymore details on 0207 261 1252. I hope to hear from you soon, and in the meantime, many thanks for your help.
